I am engaging an experienced Executive Recruiter / Headhunter to represent a senior product-focused profile for placement into a next-stage role within product, innovation, or strategy-led organizations.

This is a candidate-represented search mandate, not a traditional recruiting assignment. The consultant will act as an independent advisor and representative, managing outreach, positioning, and early-stage discussions with hiring decision-makers.

โ€ข Identify and engage opportunities aligned with product leadership, innovation, or strategy roles

โ€ข Position a profile combining founder experience, product ownership, and industrial design depth

โ€ข Advise on role framing, market positioning, and compensation expectations

โ€ข Manage introductions and early-stage dialogue with prospective organizations


Target environments include:

โ€ข Mobility and transportation

โ€ข Consumer goods and premium product brands

โ€ข Design-led, innovation-centric, or founder-led organizations
