Do you want to create clear, engaging content that brings our brand and products to life across channels? Talentech is in the middle of an exciting transformation. Following a merger, we’re building a stronger group with a broader product portfolio, a clearer brand, and higher ambitions. Content will be key in making our solutions understandable, relevant, and consistent across markets. We’re now looking for a Content Creative to own copywriting and content production across channels, working from established design templates and brand guidelines. What you’ll do • Own copywriting and content production across marketing channels • Create content using existing design templates for social media, campaigns, website, and sales materials • Manage and maintain the social media content calendar • Support marketing and commercial teams with content for campaigns, launches, events, and sales enablement • Adapt and localize content across markets using AI tools and external translation agencies • Ensure tone, messaging, and quality are consistent across all content • Use modern content production and AI tools to increase speed and productivity • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver content on time • Build structure, templates, and workflows that make content production scalable   Who you are • Able to craft objective-driven content that combines strategic thinking with compelling storytelling. • 3 + years Experience in copywriting, content production, or similar creative roles • Strong writing skills with a clear, structured, and engaging style • Comfortable working with templates and basic visual tools (not a designer, but visually aware) • Experience managing content calendars, especially for social media • Confident working in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Familiar with content production tools and interested in using AI to work smarter • Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple content needs in parallel • Independent and process-driven, you can set up what doesn’t exist yet • Fluent in English • Based in Stockholm
