DevSecOps Engineer (Senior)

About the assignment We at Kontorsbemanning are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join a collaborative and agile development environment for a long-term assignment. The team works across the full product lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and operations, with a strong focus on quality, security, and continuous improvement.

The role is part of a cross-functional team where close collaboration, transparency, and knowledge sharing are key principles. Work is guided by product priorities and stakeholder input, with a clear focus on delivering value based on user needs.

Key responsibilitiesIn this role, you will:

• contribute to the full DevSecOps lifecycle, from development through to production
• design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines
• ensure high standards of quality, security, and compliance across delivery processes
• manage and support infrastructure components such as servers, networks, operating systems, and databases
• implement and improve monitoring, logging, and system observability solutions
• drive continuous improvements in tools, processes, and workflows
• collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to enable efficient and secure delivery
• support a culture of shared ownership, transparency, and continuous learning

Required qualifications

• experience working in cross-functional teams
• strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum as a baseline)
• solid DevOps/DevSecOps mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
• experience working with cloud environments, preferably Azure
• ability to write scripts (language agnostic)
• ability to read and understand source code
• experience with infrastructure management (networks, servers, operating systems, databases)
• experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and related tools
• familiarity with security practices in software development and delivery
• experience with code quality and compliance standards (e.g. ISO-related requirements)
• experience with monitoring, CI tools, and artifact management solutions

Nice to have

• experience with tools such as JFrog Artifactory, GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, ELK stack, etc.
• familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
• experience working with large-scale systems and data processing environments
