- Make key decisions on solution design, documentation, prioritisation, and architectural choices.
- Develop and maintain expertise in SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Support global IT strategy, digital vision, and innovation initiatives.
- Identify cross‑team dependencies and engage the right IT areas to build complete solutions.
If all that sounds appealing, then here is what we would like you to demonstrate:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT, with extensive IT solution development and SAP architecture experience.
- Profound understanding of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong capability to translate complex manufacturing business processes and operational needs into clear, scalable SAP technical solutions, managing expectations and scope effectively.
- Broad architectural knowledge across business, data, application, and technology layers, especially within SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
- Confident systems thinker with experience designing scalable, API‑driven enterprise solutions.
- Clear, engaging communicator who can work comfortably with both technical experts and business stakeholders.
Additional experience we see as a benefit for the role:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and logistics, including integrating S/4HANA with MES, automation, and shopfloor systems.
- Practical experience with SAP Fiori, including configuration and customisation of applications.
- Skilled in developing and presenting architectural concepts, prototypes, and solution approaches, including when to extend SAP using BTP or non‑SAP technologies.
- Demonstrated business acumen, stakeholder management strength, and proven ability to create business value through digital technologies in complex organisations.
What can we offer you?
- Be part of the development and execution of our global IT and Digital Enablement strategy, including digital vision, mission, and innovation roadmap.
