Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced PLM Solution Architect to support a leading industrial organization in strengthening its PLM capabilities and digital backbone.

What You Will Work On

• Define and maintain PLM solution architecture aligned with business needs and industry standards
• Translate business requirements into scalable and value-driven PLM solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across engineering, IT, and business domains
• Lead or support PLM implementation, upgrade, and integration initiatives
• Drive requirements management and architectural decision-making
• Ensure integration between PLM and enterprise systems (ERP, MES, CAD, simulation tools)
• Support digital thread and digital twin strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and governance frameworks
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and architectural guidance

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a PLM Solution Architect or PLM Consultant
• Hands-on experience with PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, NX, or similar
• Experience with multi-site architecture, server configuration, and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts, including:
• Product lifecycle management
• Configuration and change management
• Requirements management
• Product structures and BOMs (EBOM/MBOM), BOP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
