Assignment Description

We are looking for a Requirements Tooling Engineer to support the development and optimization of requirements processes and tooling within a systems engineering environment.

What You Will Work On

• Break down and structure system and software requirements
• Define and maintain traceability between requirements, implementation, and verification
• Set up, configure, and improve requirements management tools
• Develop Python scripts and automation to support requirements workflows and validation
• Ensure consistency across system configurations, properties, and parameters
• Act as the technical owner of the requirements framework and structure
• Collaborate with development and test teams throughout the V-model lifecycle
• Improve processes related to requirements engineering and tooling

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of experience in requirements engineering or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with requirements decomposition and specification
• Experience with traceability and structured requirements frameworks
• Proven experience setting up or improving requirements management tools
• Strong Python and scripting skills for automation and validation
• System-level understanding of configuration, consistency, and structure
• Good understanding of how requirements are implemented and tested
• Comfortable working directly within tools (hands-on contributor)
