Your Mission

Own and execute digital platform improvements. Translate business needs into:

  • Functional launches

  • Optimized user flows

  • Clean, scalable systems

  • Measurable gains in conversion and efficiency

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve websites, landing pages, LMS flows, CRM connections, portals, forms, and internal tools

  • Translate business requirements into specifications, user flows, wireframes, and launch plans

  • Coordinate designers, developers, automation builders, and business stakeholders

  • Track bugs, friction points, conversion issues, user feedback, and platform performance

  • Prioritize work based on commercial impact and operational value

  • Make platforms easier to use, measure, and scale

First 90 Days

  • Audit priority platforms to identify friction, bugs, and conversion leaks

  • Build a ranked improvement backlog based on business impact

  • Launch at least one measurable improvement to a user flow or conversion point

  • Establish a consistent release rhythm for digital updates

KPI Framework

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in digital product, web, platform, or systems work

  • Ability to collaborate across technical and commercial stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of user flows, conversion, integrations, and execution

  • Experience shipping without relying on large product teams

  • Ability to bring structure without slowing momentum
