Requirement leader

We are looking for an experienced Requirement Leader to manage and coordinate requirements within complex construction and infrastructure projects. You will report to the Project Requirements Manager and work according to established processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, structuring, and following up on requirements within a specific construction area (e.g. plant, water treatment, or infrastructure). You ensure that requirements are clearly defined, aligned with contractual obligations, and properly implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate requirements management within your area
• Ensure requirements are aligned with contracts and properly tracked
• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Manage change requests and ensure correct implementation
• Prioritize requirements and support overall project strategy
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and quality of deliverables
• Participate in design, development, and testing activities

Qualifications

• Relevant degree (e.g. Engineering or Project/Program Management)
• Experience in requirements management, ideally in complex projects
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Experience in risk management is a plus
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive mindset
• Fluent in English
