Assignment Description

We are looking for a Release Coordinator

What You Will Work On

• Coordinate testing activities across releases and teams
• Create and maintain a consolidated view of test progress and status
• Support test leads and ensure test execution aligns with plans
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to testing and releases
• Coordinate and manage test environments
• Track and follow up on test activities and outcomes
• Support monthly release cycles and larger test initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Drive improvements in testing processes and release practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and learnings

What You Bring

• Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in roles such as Test Coordinator, Release Coordinator, or similar
• Experience working in agile environments, preferably with outsourced IT setups
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across teams
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to balance attention to detail with a holistic perspective
