Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a client in the retail sector

What You Will Work On

• Capture business needs through workshops, meetings, and stakeholder dialogue
• Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
• Support development, testing, and implementation of solutions
• Drive backlog management within the application area
• Contribute to development of new simulation functionality replacing legacy systems
• Ensure high-quality requirement management and solution delivery
• Participate in estimation (time & cost)
• Support incident and problem management
• Proactively improve system efficiency and governance

What You Bring

• Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and structure business requirements
• Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Experience working closely with Product Owners, architects, and development teams
• Strong understanding of systems, integrations, and process dependencies
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and drive complex initiatives
