Assignment Description

We are seeking a Business Architect with strong experience in procurement processes to play a key role in driving digital implementations within Source-to-Pay (S2P).

What You Will Work On

• Drive digital transformation initiatives within procurement and S2P
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end procurement processes (Sourcing, Contracts, P2P)
• Translate business requirements into solution architecture
• Facilitate workshops and lead requirement gathering activities
• Advise on system selection and procurement solutions (e.g., punchout, catalog management)
• Collaborate closely with development teams and product owners in agile environments
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
• Contribute to scalable and sustainable system architecture

What You Bring

• Strong experience working with and advising on end-to-end procurement processes:
• Sourcing
• Contract management
• Call-offs (avrop)
• Indirect procurement (P2P/S2P)
• Experience evaluating and selecting procurement systems and solutions
• (e.g., punchout solutions, catalog management, SCM scoping)
• Experience with ERP implementations related to procurement and logistics
• Strong experience in requirements management and workshop facilitation
• Ability to translate business process needs into solution architecture
• Experience working closely with development teams in agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
