Job Description :

  • Provide on-site support for SWED tools, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end users
  • Assist with tool installation, configuration, and license management
  • Perform tool maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance
  • Validate and test tools in a real-time environment prior to deployment
  • Act as first point of contact for incident management, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
  • Support end users and suppliers, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring quick turnaround and high user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tool stability and usability
