About the Company

Pizzabakeren is one of the leading pizza franchise concepts in Scandinavia, focused on high-quality pizzas, strong customer service, and efficient restaurant operations. Aurora Cab AB is seeking experienced and motivated Restaurant Managers to oversee daily operations at various Pizzabakeren units across Sweden.

Job Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the restaurant unit, including but not limited to:

• Managing and supervising restaurant staff and shift leaders
• Planning work schedules and ensuring proper staffing levels
• Ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
• Monitoring sales performance and operational efficiency
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
• Ensuring compliance with Swedish food safety and workplace regulations
• Handling cash management, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Coordinating with delivery platforms such as Foodora, UberEats, and WOLT
• Training new employees according to company standards
• Maintaining cleanliness, operational discipline, and brand standards
• Assisting with local marketing and promotional activities

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous experience in restaurant, fast-food, or hospitality management
• Experience in staff supervision and operational management
• Good organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Swedish language skills are considered an advantage but not mandatory

Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or business management is considered meritorious.

Employment Conditions

• Full-time employment (minimum 40 hours per week)
• Salary according to Swedish collective agreement standards applicable to the restaurant industry
• Insurance, pension, and employment conditions according to Swedish law
• Paid vacation according to the Swedish Annual Leave Act
• Work may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary

Monthly salary: According to experience and collective agreement standards within the Swedish restaurant industry.
