About the role

As a Partner Coordinator, you will manage and optimize partner performance across product suppliers and field service operations. You will oversee partner claims, operational processes, and packaging optimization – ensuring partners meet performance standards while contributing to overall profitability and growth.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen delivery performance, integration quality, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Optimize partner performance metrics

  • Maintain integration standards and monitor supplier KPIs

  • Drive operational improvements and implement new performance standards

  • Manage partner and product claims

  • Ensure SLA compliance across partners

  • Support profitability through cost and process optimization

Example tasks

  • Optimize shipment flows and cost efficiency processes

  • Manage invoicing of partner claims and return charges

  • Monitor supplier performance through KPI tracking

  • Handle product and SLA claims toward suppliers

  • Ensure fast resolution and accountability in partner-related issues

Who you are

You are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, with a strong interest in logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce operations. You enjoy combining operational coordination with performance improvement initiatives.

We believe you have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in transportation, logistics, or similar fields

  • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics flows, and/or e-commerce models

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics-related systems

  • Fluency in Swedish and English

Preferred qualifications:

  • Education in logistics, supply chain management, or related field

  • Experience in supplier or partner management

  • Background in e-commerce or retail

  • Experience with OMS, WMS, or delivery management systems
