Beskrivning

Test Leader

We are looking for an experienced Test Leader to support testing and validation activities within automotive software development.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and leading test activities throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with development teams, system engineers and stakeholders to ensure high software quality, timely deliveries and continuous improvements of test processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate test activities for embedded software projects.
  • Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans and test schedules.
  • Coordinate test execution, defect management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Support release planning, risk management and quality assurance activities.
  • Drive continuous improvements in testing processes, methods and automation.
  • Monitor test progress and communicate status to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in software testing within the automotive industry.
  • Experience leading or coordinating test teams and test activities.
  • Strong understanding of verification and validation processes.
  • Experience with embedded systems and system-level testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment.

Meritorious

  • Experience with HiL environments.
  • Experience with test automation and CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN or Automotive Ethernet.
  • Experience with tools such as CANoe, dSPACE, Jira or DOORS.
  • ISTQB certification is considered an advantage.
