About the Position: We are looking for a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic person to work with our activities and events throughout the winter season. As a service-oriented team member, you will help ensure that our guests, especially children, enjoy fantastic skiing and winter experiences. Regardless of weather conditions, you will be responsible for organizing and delivering our activities and events, most of which take place outdoors on the slopes. When activities are not scheduled, you will assist with resort operations, either in the Ski Department or the Technical Department. The role can be adapted to suit your skills and experience. As an Activities Assistant, you will help create memorable experiences for children and guests in a mountain environment by leading and participating in activities together with our mascot, Bruse. The role includes performing in costume, participating in shows involving singing and dancing, meeting guests, and taking part in activities both on and off the slopes, including skiing and outdoor games. The Bruse concept is continuously evolving, giving you the opportunity to contribute to its further development. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, lead, and deliver events and activities, both on and off skis - Meet and greet guests together with our mascot - Perform various operational tasks within the Ski Department or Technical Department, depending on the applicant's skills and experience - Provide the highest level of service to our guests Qualifications: - We are looking for someone who enjoys being outdoors and feels comfortable meeting and speaking with guests - Enjoys working with children, preferably with experience in a similar role - Proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language - Must be at least 18 years old - Previous experience in a similar role and good skiing skills are an advantage - Access to a personal vehicle is an advantage - Able to work independently What We Offer: - Competitive salary, free season pass, and attractive staff discounts - Assistance with accommodation - Close access to mountain activities and outdoor recreation - A varied and sometimes fast-paced working environment - An exciting workplace that is continuously developing - A great team spirit and fantastic colleagues Skills: - Proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language - You must be at least 18 years old - Previous experience in a similar role and good skiing skills are an advantage - Access to a personal vehicle is an advantage - As the role includes participation in the ski resort's rescue and emergency response services, applicants should be in good physical condition and comfortable working at heights - You provide excellent customer service and have a friendly, outgoing personality - Willing and eager to learn Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, no later than September 13, 2026.
