Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Act Compliance Specialist / AI Governance Consultant
What You Will Work On
- Implement and develop AI governance frameworks aligned with the EU AI Act
- Develop internal AI compliance policies, frameworks, and procedures
- Interpret EU AI Act requirements and translate them into practical product development requirements
- Assess AI-related risks and compliance requirements for automotive use cases
- Collaborate with legal, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and compliance stakeholders
- Ensure AI systems are transparent, explainable, and compliant
- Develop internal policies, guidelines, and training programs for responsible AI use
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise leadership on strategic implications
- Support change initiatives related to AI governance and compliance
- Drive stakeholder alignment across different organizational levels
- Help establish a culture of responsible AI, privacy, and accountability
What You Bring
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience
- Legal and/or engineering degree such as LL.M, JD, MSc, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their regulatory implications
- Proven experience in compliance, legal advisory, data governance, or AI governance
- Experience working within the automotive industry
- Strong stakeholder management experience across organizational levels
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business and product requirements
- Experience in project management, change management, and/or business analysis
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with legal, technical, and operational teams
