Project Manager, Medium-Voltage Switchgear, Västerås

You will take ownership of customer projects within medium-voltage switchgear, guiding deliveries from order to completion in an environment focused on electrification and power distribution. This is a role where you combine technical understanding with structured project leadership and close collaboration across customers, suppliers, factories, and internal teams.

You will work in a knowledgeable and collaborative setting where clear communication, quality, and long-term customer relationships are central to success. The role is especially interesting if you enjoy end-to-end responsibility and want to work close to both technology and business in critical electrical infrastructure.

• You will lead and coordinate project activities across the full project lifecycle.
• You will manage scope, schedule, changes, costs, and quality to keep projects on track and aligned with agreed objectives.
• You will act as the main point of contact for customers and build strong, trust-based relationships throughout the delivery.
• You will collaborate closely with suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders to secure effective communication and smooth execution.
• You will drive project documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal processes and customer requirements.
• You will participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and coordinate the related activities with relevant stakeholders.
• You will contribute to continuous improvements that strengthen efficiency and quality in project execution.

• You have experience leading technical projects and taking ownership from customer order to final delivery.
• You have a strong technical understanding from project management or hands-on work in roles such as engineer, designer, technician, installer, service engineer, or similar.
• You have experience working closely with customers, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders.
• You have experience working in SAP.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Experience within medium-voltage systems, switchgear solutions, power distribution, or related electrical infrastructure.
• A degree in engineering, project management, or another relevant technical field.
