About the Company

At Avaron, you get the security of permanent employment combined with the variety of working at different customers. We place specialists across everything from tech, IT and industry to project management and business support – and whatever the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development.

About the Role

You will join an R&D environment at a global technology company where reliable electronics and resilient component choices are essential to product development. In this role, you will focus on second-source verification of electronic components used in existing designs. The goal is to reduce dependency on single suppliers by identifying, assessing and verifying alternative components that can be approved for use.

The work combines technical depth with structured investigation. Some cases are straightforward and centered on detailed datasheet comparisons, while others require broader verification across multiple products and design characteristics. If you enjoy analytical engineering work, careful evaluation and clear documentation, this is a role where your work will have visible impact on both design robustness and long-term product sustainability.
