Join our team
The Regional Academy team is responsible for developing and delivering training solutions that support Epiroc's customers and employees across Northern Europe. We work closely with colleagues from Sales, Service, Product Divisions, Product Specialists, and trainers to ensure that the right competence is available to meet current and future business needs.
As Project Leader Acadamy, you will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team dedicated to continuous learning and development. Together, we identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and create value through knowledge and competence.
Your mission
In this role, you will drive Academy development initiatives and training projects from identified need through implementation and operational handover. You will translate business priorities, customer needs, competence gaps, and new technologies into scalable and commercially viable training solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing new and improved training solutions based on customer and business needs.
- Leading complex customer training projects involving multiple stakeholders, products, sites, or countries.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring clear project scope, ownership, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Driving project execution, managing risks, and ensuring successful implementation and business value realization.
- Collaborating with trainers, product specialists, product divisions, sales, and service teams to create sustainable learning solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to standardize and scale successful training concepts across the region.
Safety is a fundamental priority in all activities and an integral part of every project and initiative.

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.

- Experience within training, learning and development, competence management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- A business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify value-creating and scalable solutions.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
Experience from the mining, construction, industrial, or technical sectors is considered an advantage.
