Senior Electrical Engineer, Västerås

You will step into a senior engineering role focused on electrical and electronic systems, including automation, in a technically advanced environment. The work spans the full engineering lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, installation, and coordination across teams. You will help move complex engineering work forward, contribute with sound technical judgment, and turn analyses into practical recommendations. • You will plan, design, develop, test, and support installation activities related to electrical and electronic components and systems.
• You will coordinate engineering work across internal teams and relevant stakeholders to help achieve shared technical objectives.
• You will independently handle engineering tasks that require judgment and the application of established engineering principles and practices.
• You will plan, lead, or coordinate complex engineering activities that may span one or more engineering disciplines.
• You will perform or coordinate complex analyses and advanced technical studies using relevant computer-based tools and selected programs.
• You will prepare reports, evaluate findings, and develop recommendations grounded in sound engineering practice, business considerations, and applicable requirements.

• More than 6 years of work experience within the relevant field and a Bachelor or Master degree, or another technical degree with 15 years of work experience within relevant field.
• Experience within electrical/electronic engineering covering areas such as planning, design, development, testing, installation, and coordination.
• Ability to work independently and make sound engineering judgments based on standard engineering principles and practices.
• Working command of the English language.
