Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Comos Aries Software Delivery Project Manager

What You Will Work On

  • Plan, execute and deliver projects within the Comos Aries environment
  • Manage project scope according to the Design Brief
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholder requirements and system integration needs
  • Manage requirements changes and change control
  • Develop and monitor project budgets and cost controls
  • Create project schedules, milestones and dependency plans
  • Allocate and manage internal and external resources
  • Coordinate technical and functional teams
  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks
  • Maintain and communicate the project risk register
  • Manage external vendors and stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional project teams
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the project
  • Ensure successful delivery against project goals and timelines

  • Strong experience in Project Management / Software Delivery
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Experience with budget, timeline and resource management
  • Strong risk assessment and mitigation experience
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with the Comos platform and engineering workflows
  • Ability to manage internal teams and external vendors
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in Finspång
