Shared Services Finance Lead, Stockholm

On behalf of a partner company, Nordic Investin is looking for a Shared Services Finance Lead. You can standardise finance processes without losing the service understanding required by the businesses that depend on them.

The partner is developing a shared finance service across accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting. You will improve service quality, process ownership and automation while creating a clear operating relationship with business units and specialist finance teams.

Finance leadership is expected to protect trust in the numbers while improving the quality and pace of business decisions. Strong performance combines control, commercial judgement, clear priorities and development of the people delivering the work.

You will combine leadership of the finance agenda with direct engagement in important decisions and exceptions. The partner expects clear standards, useful challenge and enough technical depth to support the team when judgement is required. Improvement must strengthen both control and service.

This is a leadership role with responsibility for direction, governance and the capability of others. You will create enough structure for teams to move independently while stepping into detail when risk or ambiguity demands it. The partner wants visible ownership without unnecessary hierarchy.

• Lead service delivery across core finance processes.

• Define process ownership, controls and service measures.

Your background may be accounting operations, process excellence, outsourcing or finance transformation. The partner is looking for a leader who can see both the individual transaction failure and the structural process issue behind it.

The role offers the scale to make improvements visible across many teams. You will shape a service that is easier to use, easier to control and better equipped to absorb future growth.
