As Manager OPEN+ Activation you will lead the deployment and evolution of our integrated operating system across multiple markets and functions, accelerating our journey toward a smoke-free future. You will build organizational capability, strengthen continuous improvement practices, and drive sustainable business performance through greater agility, reliability, and innovation.
Impact You'll Own
- Increase OPEN+ maturity and deployment consistency across all cluster affiliates through standardized governance, capability building, and performance management.
- Improve organizational effectiveness by embedding continuous improvement practices that enhance productivity, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Accelerate adoption of best practices and convert global standards into sustainable local operating models across functions and markets.
- Strengthen organizational capability by developing OPEN+ leaders, change agents, trainers, and succession pipelines throughout the cluster.
What You'll Do
- Lead the cluster-wide OPEN+ strategy, roadmap, and deployment in alignment with our global direction.
- Govern OPEN+ standards, systems, pillars, and processes to ensure long-term sustainability and compliance.
- Partner with affiliate and market leadership teams to develop and execute local OPEN+ improvement plans.
- Build capability through coaching, training, mentoring, and development of OPEN+ leaders and change agents.
- Lead communication and engagement plans to ensure alignment, awareness, and ownership of OPEN+ initiatives.
- Manage the home affiliate Lean Management team to drive productivity, innovation, and business performance improvements.
Skills & Capabilities
- Experience in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Supply Chain, or related operational functions.
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing managers and multi-level teams.
- Deep knowledge of Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, and Integrated Operating Systems.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, operational excellence, or change management programs.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and cross-functional business processes.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities across leadership and operational audiences.
- Experience deploying OPEN+, TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence frameworks across multiple sites or regions.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or Change Management methodologies.
