Beskrivning
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or additional HR/labor law training is an advantage.
- 5+ years of progressive HR coordination/ supervising role, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or industrial environment.
- Experience working with Swedish employment legislation, collective agreements, union cooperation, and employee relations matters is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of work environment responsibilities, rehabilitation processes, sick leave follow-up, and cooperation with occupational health providers in Sweden.
- Experience supporting a shift-based or operational workforce is an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to work full-time onsite at the Åmål manufacturing site are required.

- Digital Confidence: proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is an advantage.
