Assignment Description

We are looking for a mid-to-senior Platform / DevSecOps Engineer

What You Will Work On

  • Build reusable, extensible and secure platform solutions
  • Develop and improve Golden Paths for engineering teams
  • Build and experiment with AI, LLMs, agents and MCP
  • Explore AI-driven improvements to software development workflows
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand pain points
  • Develop solutions that improve developer experience
  • Continuously improve existing platform capabilities based on user feedback
  • Build and maintain cloud-native solutions
  • Automate development and deployment processes
  • Apply DevSecOps and secure-by-design principles
  • Take ownership of ideas and drive them from concept to implementation

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong DevSecOps fundamentals and mindset
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Kubernetes or OpenShift
  • Azure
  • Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
  • Docker
  • Terraform
  • Bash and/or PowerShell
  • Git-based workflows
  • Software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript and/or React
  • Strong understanding of secure-by-design principles
  • Experience or strong conceptual understanding of AI and its use in software development
  • Experience with Backstage or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
  • Agile mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Interest in improving developer experience and engineering productivity
