Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead

What You Will Work On

• Develop and maintain the overall test strategy and test plan
• Plan and coordinate testing between business, IT and external suppliers
• Lead and support project testers and other testing participants
• Lead system testing, integration testing and business acceptance testing
• Ensure test cases and acceptance criteria cover requirements and key use cases
• Ensure appropriate test data and test environments are available
• Lead defect management and follow up test results
• Monitor quality, risks and dependencies and report status to project management
• Assess remaining quality risks before go-live
• Coordinate closely with project managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Tech Leads, development and integration teams
• Create structure and alignment across complex testing activities

What You Bring

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 9 years of experience planning and leading testing across multiple test phases
• Experience from complex solutions with multiple integrations and dependencies
• Strong understanding of:
• Test methodology
• Test cases
• Test data
• Defect management
• Experience coordinating testing between business, IT and external suppliers
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of test activities
• Strong risk and quality management skills
