Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Leader

What You Will Work On

  • Develop test strategies and test plans
  • Coordinate and lead test teams and testing activities
  • Plan and execute testing activities when required
  • Coordinate testing across internal and third-party resources
  • Perform integration, system, acceptance and regression testing
  • Report test progress, results and issues
  • Follow up defects and testing activities
  • Communicate with project management and stakeholders
  • Define scope, resources, schedules and work allocation with stakeholders
  • Ensure testing follows company procedures and quality standards
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams
  • Support IT and industrial IT projects within a factory environment

What You Bring

  • Experience as a Test Leader in IT or software development projects
  • Experience with test management in Agile frameworks, such as Scrum and SAFe
  • Experience working with traditional project models
  • Experience with:
  • Integration testing
  • System testing
  • Acceptance testing
  • Regression testing
  • Experience working with both internal systems and customer-facing solutions
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to facilitate communication between business and technical teams
  • Experience leading teams and managing testing activities
  • Strong planning, reporting and communication skills
