Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical IT Coordinator to take responsibility for coordinating the technical management and maintenance of a Linux-based collaboration platform built on Nextcloud, Jitsi and Element/Matrix.
What You Will Work On
- Coordinate the technical management and maintenance of the platform
- Coordinate technical activities across different stakeholders
- Ensure effective operation and maintenance of the platform and its components
- Support technical planning, coordination and follow-up
- Ensure platform stability, reliability and operational readiness
- Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders
- Participate in on-call duties
What You Bring
- Approximately 9–12 years of professional IT experience
- Strong experience in technical coordination and platform management
- Experience working with Linux-based environments
- Experience coordinating technical activities and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of IT operations and technical maintenance
- Ability to take ownership and coordinate work independently
- Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious
- Experience with Nextcloud, Jitsi or Element/Matrix
- Experience with collaboration platforms
- Experience with production operations and incident management
- Experience from large or complex technical environments
- Experience with on-call operations
