What you'll be doing:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project delivery managers, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Develop team capabilities through mentoring, training, and performance management.
- Manage workload distribution and prioritization to ensure efficient performance.
Project management:
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may impact project outcomes.
