Role Summary

An experienced senior leader is needed for a consulting assignment with responsibility for an area within digital services. The role combines people leadership, service ownership and portfolio governance, leading a cross-functional team that delivers sustainable, customer-focused digital solutions.

You will own the area's roadmap and priorities, balancing business needs, customer experience, operational stability and long-term development. Working closely with both business and IT stakeholders, you will ensure that needs are translated into relevant digital initiatives and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-functional team within the digital services area.
• Own service roadmaps, priorities and portfolio governance activities.
• Translate business strategy and customer needs into concrete, sustainable digital initiatives.
• Balance delivery priorities across business value, customer experience, stable operations and long-term development.
• Ensure accountability for service availability, performance, security, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Establish clear direction, structure and momentum across initiatives and deliveries.
• Monitor delivery progress and drive continuous improvement in ways of working.
• Strengthen collaboration between teams, architects, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to leadership work related to innovation, customer focus and operational efficiency.
