Finance Business Partner AstraZeneca – Sweden Operations - 7 months consultant assignment - Södertälje

The arena:
We now have the opportunity for one consultant to join our team in the role as a Finance Business Partner for quality and regional supply chain, part of the Sweden Operations Finance team. The assignment, located in Södertälje is to end 15th of May 2027 on a temporary basis.
Tasks and responsibilities/The role:
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who can provide input and support and challenge the finance performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead financial steering for Regional Quality in EMEA & Sweden Supply and Regional Supply Chain
- Conduct month-ends and planning cycles including analysis and consolidation. Present performance to management and suggest areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the strategy department and steer towards strategic focus areas to deliver efficiency targets
- Drive and support business cases
- Ad-hoc and projects
Essential requirements:
-Master’s degree in management and finance with 5 years’ experience as Finance BP
-Experience from working within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
-Experience from manufacturing accounting and operations finance is required
-Excellent knowledge in written and spoken English is necessary (Swedish is a plus but not mandatory for this position)
Soft skills:
As a person, you should be well organized, analytical, flexible and accurate. Good team working skills are also important, together with the ability to operate independently. Good communication skills linked to the ability to work to tight timelines are highly valued.
