Job description: Join our Team About this opportunity:Get ready to become an integral part of our team at Ericsson as a Strategic Sourcing Manager. In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of driving profitable business growth through proactive supplier and partner business development. Your day-to-day tasks will be shaped by the needs of our clients, stakeholders, and our business goals. You will be responsible for sourcing the best external products and services, through careful negotiation and acquisition. Moreover, you�ll be entrusted with the task of effectively managing supplier and partner relationships while ensuring top-notch performance and minimized risks.
What you will do:- Develop and implement the Source to Agreement process encompassing an understanding of business requirements, RFx process preparation and execution, supplier evaluation and selection.
- Take the lead in supplier negotiations and ensure the careful implementation and management of supplier agreements.
- Hand over sourcing agreements seamlessly to the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team.
- Guarantee 100% compliance with the sourcing process and follow-up procedures.
- Be ready to shoulder additional responsibilities as needed by the business unit.
