Arbetsgivare är 360cognition AB. Arbetsförmedlingen klassar tjänsten som Organisationsutvecklare i yrkesgruppen Lednings- och organisationsutvecklare. Det här är en behovsanställning. Arbetspassen kommer när verksamheten behöver dem, utan utlovad omfattning. Anställningen varar mellan tolv månader och två år. Tjänsten är på deltid. Arbetsgivaren söker tio personer till tjänsten. Beskrivning
We are looking for more capability architects who can define organizational capabilities in detail and explain how they affect stakeholders and beneficiaries, as well as the company’s profitability.
You should have in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following areas:
- Partnerships and alliances
- ESG
- HR
- Business procurement
You will work with a brand-new IT tool specifically developed for assessing the value of capabilities—combinations of competencies, enablers, and resources. The founders will provide comprehensive guidance. As both the concept and the system are entirely new, we believe this could be a valuable learning opportunity for you.
We are a start-up, and our ability to offer employment depends on securing funding. We also offer equity ownership and profit-sharing arrangements. Terms are negotiated individually.
The company could have substantial market potential and achieve a high valuation, but the market is difficult to predict.
