For a fixed-term period, due to parental leave, from February 1st to September 30th 2027, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist based in Malmö, who will be part of our international team. From Malmö, you will be part of the EMEA marketing team and report to our EMEA Marketing Manager in Germany.

The role as Marketing Specialist

As our Marketing Specialist your mission will be to lead marketing initiatives for the Business Unit Nord-Lock across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Italy, France and Spain. You will drive our success in the regions by planning and executing digital marketing initiatives, events and exhibitions. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with sales representatives and marketing colleagues, meaning thriving in a collaborative-focused environment is crucial.

Your tasks

• Strategic and operational implementation of marketing activities across the Nordic and South Europe countries

• With your ideas, creativity, and flair for B2B marketing, you will support our communication on all print and online channels

• Planning and implementation of online campaigns (e-mail marketing, LinkedIn Advertisement)

• Preparation, realization and follow-up of our participation at exhibitions and other events

• Administrative marketing activities such as coordination of giveaways and other sales-related materials

Your profile

You have experience in B2B marketing and in collaborating with different stakeholders. As a person you are motivated to rock exciting projects independently and as part of a team. You are passionate about marketing, you are well organized and you agree with us that driving campaigns to success is a lot of fun!

Requirements

• Education in Marketing Communications / Digital Media / Eventmanagement, or relevant

• Previous experience in project management

• Knowledge of CRM systems (MS Dynamics), desirable experience with online and social media

• Fluent in both spoken and written English language. Swedish is desirable

• Very good MS-Office and basic knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator are an advantage
