Senior Commercial Manager, Stockholm

We are looking for an experienced and driven Interim Senior Commercial Manager to join our client, a leading international organisation, during an important transition period.

In this role, you will lead an international Marketing & Product team, providing clear direction, setting priorities and ensuring business continuity. You will play a key role in driving the commercial agenda, strengthening customer value and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and profitability.

You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders across different markets, translating business insights into actionable strategies and leading critical initiatives from planning through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop an international Marketing & Product team, establishing clear goals, priorities and expectations.

• Drive commercial strategies and initiatives focused on customer value, business growth and profitability.

• Take ownership of strategic, cross-functional projects, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.

• Analyze customer needs, market trends and business performance to identify opportunities and support commercial decisions.

• Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders across functions and international markets.

• Provide strong leadership during organizational change, ensuring team engagement, stability and continuity.

• Balance long-term strategic objectives with operational priorities to maintain momentum and deliver business results.

Scope of employment: Full-time, 100% Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters. • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Strategy or a related field, or equivalent senior commercial experience.

• Extensive experience in senior commercial leadership roles within complex, international organizations.

• A proven track record in commercial strategy, marketing and customer-driven business growth.

• Solid people management experience, including leading and motivating teams through change or transition.

• Strong project and programme management skills, with experience successfully delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• The ability to navigate confidently between executive-level strategic discussions and hands-on implementation.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Meritorious: Experience working across European markets.
